Return/Refund Rules (Domestic Customers Only)

For domestic customers, we offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you change your mind within this period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs required to return the item to the warehouse. However, if the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund. Please note that any customisation to the machine will remove the 14 day returns policy for change of mind. Any domestic sales are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013/Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Most equipment is sold with a parts only warranty, covering the replacement of parts if deemed a manufacturer’s defect, for accurate warranty details, please refer to the specific product page for the item you are purchasing. Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the purchasing customer. Any damage resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance, which is not deemed to be a manufacturer’s fault, will not be covered under warranty.

Return/Refund Rules (Commercial Customers Only)

For commercial customers, commercial equipment is sold under B2B terms and is not covered under the returns policy for domestic customers. Any commercial sales are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which states that goods are sold with the warranty specified on the specific product page and within our returns policy.

Once a commercial product is fully processed and paid for, it is considered accepted and non refundable for change of mind, however If a product arrives faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at return@brewmaestro.co.uk so we can assist you with the returns process.

Commercial equipment will require a service plan and ongoing maintenance in order to maintain proper function. Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the purchasing business/customer. Any damage resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance, which is not deemed to be a manufacturer’s fault, will not be covered under warranty.

Customers are responsible for confirming the product’s suitability before purchase, including dimensions, power requirements, weight, and other essential factors required for the proper function of the machine.

Some suppliers charge restocking fees on returns, even if unused. We will inform you of any such fees before processing your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at return@brewmaestro.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
